Zoe Saldana is the child of Asalia Saldana and Aridio Nazario. Her birthplace was in Passaic (New Jersey) on June 19th, 1978. Her father is Dominican and her mother is Puerto Rican. She was born in Queens. After she turned 10, she and her parents relocated to the Dominican Republic. They lived in the Dominican Republic for seven more years.
